I called on a Monday to schedule an appointment for later in the week. I was told the doctor was not available except on Wednesday so I scheduled the appointment. I was told to come early. When I arrived, I could not locate the office and attempted to call for the suite number. I got no answer for the first few calls I made and when I finally got through, they told me they did not have me on schedule. Confused, I thought I might have dialed the wrong number. I checked again and realized I called the right location so I called back to verify I was not on schedule. They told me I was not and that they did not know until Wednesday that the doctor would not be in. I asked why I did not receive a call and they said it was because I was not on the schedule. They were very unhelpful and very unprofessional. I would not even attempt to visit again.
