rude and dirty office with bugs; condecensing; not a friendly staff. avoid this place at all costs

Dr. Brooks was the receptionist, nurse, and doctor. In the middle of my consultation she stopped to both check her cell phone in another room and talk to a visitor (not a patient). A bill was sent within a week of my visit and she included a Provider Claim Summary that had been faxed to her from the insurance company with both my patient information and that of ANOTHER PATIENT. While I was waiting for the health insurance company to process the first claim and a second claim that she sent to the company, she sent another billing statement a week later entitled 'SECOND NOTICE!!!' with red circles.
