I've Been going to dr marks for years I have found him to be very knowledgeable,caring and compassionate physician He takes time to know his patients and cares for them like he would his own family if you need an excellent physician in the Wellsburg area go see dr marks you will be very pleased with the quality of care you will receive there

my mother went to him for an infection she had. we dropped off her urine specimen. took a few days to get answer and said she had a ut infection. come to find our they were giving her the wrong medicine for the type she had. my mother died a week later. in part i blame this dr's office. should be worried about patients instead of doing commercials. wouldnt take my dog to see this man.
