Referral department is awful. Was referred to a sport doctor but condition was not a sport injury and the sport doctor put in a referral to a pain management doctor. Insurance company got involved with Longleys referral department since he is my PCP , that took 2 hrs to straighten out. Found out again yesterday that it us not straightened out and we are back at square one.

I’ve been a patient for over 14 years. Dr Longley is very thorough and makes sure that I understand the diagnosis. His nurse and staff are all amazing.

Absolutely horrible customer service. He charges for things that no other doctor does, he charges 5$ every time he writes a prescription, I've never had a doctor do that, it's always been included in the visit. His office staff is rude and unhelpful, not to mention disorganized. Honestly find another doctor.... one that doesn't take kick backs from pharmaceutical companies. He has no integrity. It is easy to conclude that he is more concerned about money than patient care from the way he practices medicine.

He doesn't take the time to talk to you before rushing you out of his office to do blood work. His staff was very rude.

The doctor is great. His staff and his PA are terrible. They don't return calls and they consistently run late and mess up billing. Also, they are rude and surly. It's a shame but I'll be finding a new doctor. His staff is intolerable.

Dr Longley is a wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable physician. With him you are not just a patient, you are a person that he cares about. My husband recently got very ill. Dr Longley took the time to explain what to expect and what our options are. I see lots of people driving to the Dallas area for a physician, I lived in the Dallas area for years, and I would drive from Dallas to Abilene to see Dr. Longley. I can honestly say that Abilene is lucky to have Dr. Longley!
