I clearly do not understand as to ‘ANY REASON’ as to why DR. JEN & HER STAFF would ‘EVER’ receive a 5 STAR RATING, unless it was some used treatment that the patient had a bad reaction from it.


For 20 (+) years, NUMEROUS DERMATOLOGISTS have tried to rid me of my face from developing ADULT ACNE, and rid my scarring.

In the beginning, Dr. Jen, herself ALSO had to try ONE TREATMENT after ANOTHER, and we found that nothing truly worked.

UPDATE: I recently pirated an update to A NEW TREATMENTtgat she nw has that I honesty feel is ging to be what I have not given up in trying to have smooth skin.

She, & her practice, has ‘ ALL’ of the ‘UP TO DATE’ {SAFE LASERS} AVAILABLE for skin ailments in NE OHIO.

I WOULD RECOMMEND {NOBODY} DIFFERENT.

Do not go to this doctor! One of the nurses gave me an injection, which gave me a staph infection. When I complained about the swollen and red area from the injection she checked it and diagnosed me with cancer. I spent a weekend thinking I had cancer. She told me to go to my family doctor for recommendation for an MRI because she couldn't recommend me. After countless trips to the ER, family doctor, and the Cleveland Clinic for MRI I was sent to a surgeon who confirmed that I had a staph infection from the injection I was given . Two procedures later and two large scars. When I called the office to see if they would help me they hung up on me repeatly. I left messages and no one returned my phone calls. This doctor does not care about her patients at all. I suffered with a staph infection for four months.All this doctor cares about is making money! Do not go to this doctor !!!! Dr Jennifer Lloyd and her nurse practitioner Carmen are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They don't waste time, but you don't feel rushed and each answers all one's questions. I've never waited longer than five minutes past my appointment time and there is NO waiting in the examining room. Staff people are excellent. Highly recommended Doctor and Office.

Dr. Lloyd is very helpful and tries to get to know her patients. I have been very satisfied with all of my visits with her.
