Really great doctor, always willing to help if you have an issue & can fit you in quickly. If you need follow up appointments she usually dos those free of charge & has even called me on her weekends or nights to check on a condition.

The staff at this place is anything but helpful and they don't understand the billing or my insurance. They also have a very poor selection of children's eye-wear. I will definitely be looking elsewhere when my families annual checkup is needed next year.

I've seen Dr. Simpson for the past few years now and have had nothing but great experiences. I love the personal service, far better than any "chain" eye care facility. The staff is always friendly and personable and the wait times for my glasses and contacts have been stellar. I would highly recommend them.

Dr Simpson has been my O.D. for years, always helpful, caring and thorough. Her staff are all friendly and helpful as well.

She did get my prescription really comfortable and suggested a different contact to help a problem I was having. However, the equipment is old and outdated, Dr. Simpson did not ask me any questions as far as if I was having any problems, and she is not very personable. The man who was going to fit me for glasses couldn't figure out my insurance and wouldn't let me pick out frames I liked and he broke the nose piece on my current glasses. The icing on the cake was when they told me there was an additional $128 fitting fee. They never explained that when I came in, when my contacts were in or when they were picked up. This was in addition to the exam and to me, completely fraudulent! Beware!
