Dr. Kirsten Hefele is by far the kindest, most knowledgeable, and most thorough doctor that I have ever seen. I was sitting in the waiting room, and another patient leaned over to me and asked me, "Do you like you doctor?" I responded immediately. "I don't like her, I love her. She is the best doctor I have ever had." The lady replied that her doctor never listened to her and was always cutting her off whenever she spoke. "Dr. Hefele is very efficient and very kind. She has never once been abrupt or rude, and I am sure there are times when she has been tired and very busy. But, never once has she made me feel like I was a bother. She is great. You would love her!" The lady smiled and leaned back in her chair. "I am definitely going to switch doctors."

Dr. Hefele is very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. She's one of those rare doctors that takes the time to listen to you and ask questions. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Hefele is an excellent, extremely caring physician. I doubt there is anything she couldn't treat, and her knowledge of different diseases, conditions, and medication is astounding. I highly recommend her to everyone.

Dr Hefele is the best, most compassionate doctor that I have ever had. I recommend her to all of my friends and they have had excellent visits with her as well. She is knowledgable and was so concerned about my recovery. She is the BEST!
