This Man, I'm not even going to call him a Dr. because he shouldn't be one, was the rudest man we have ever encountered. Our elderly mother had a fall and was admitted due to severe Neuropathy in both hands with shooting pains every few seconds and hypersensitivity in just three fingers on each hand. As soon as he enters the room he asks "why is he there" with attitude... As we try to explain what is going on he cuts us off saying "she fell it will be fine in a few days, this is not neurological." again with attitude. WTH. Meanwhile our poor mother is in tears with pain. We ask him about the MRI's that were done in the Emergency and all he has to say is "why did they order that? So that tells us he hadn't even looked at her chart. He left the room we assumed to look at her MRI's but never came back and never gave instructions to the Nurses for any other testing. DO NOT USE THIS MAN!!!!!!

This man has no business treating ANYONE! Started to treat my MS exacerbation without even doing an MRI to confirm what was happening. I asked him what his treatment plan was, and he refused to answer me. I again, asked his plan of care, he told me - verbatim - "leave me alone, I have 8 more patients to see after you" and slammed the door to the room I was in. I will be reporting him to the state board of medicine as well.

Today I met with Dr. D'Cruz, at Parrish Medical in Titusville FL. It was the worst experience I have ever had with any doctor. He would not allow me to explain my symptoms and what I was feeling. He said, "Just answer my questions!!" He would then interrupt me during my answer. The appointment lasted all of about five minutes before he decided to just prescribe some medication. When I asked if the medicine had any side effects, he answered, "all medicine has side effects", as he walked out the door." What Kind of doctor doesn't listen to patients?

Dr. D'Cruz was narcissistic, disrespectful, condescending, did not listen to anything I had to say, He did not care!
