My kids love Dr. Needle. The office manager is grumpy, but the other staff are very nice. Waits can sometimes be a bit long, but when scheduling at the last minute for a sick child, it is to be expected. I would highly recommend Dr. Needle to another parent.

Very nice person, but does not answer questions thoroughly. Nurse is not prompt at returning phone calls and not helpful in giving advice for questions regarding a sick child. His nurse practioner is wonderful!

Very helpful, clearly knows his stuff; good interaction with my child; doesn't prescribe for every little thing, just when appropriate.
