I am not talking about her knowledge, she may be very knowledgable but she has no people skills or the decency to follow up. I had pap smear and other tests done in January. Two weeks later I call to ask if the results were in, I was not given the full results because she apparently had not signed the results off and she was going to be away the entire month of February without leaving a backup to talk to me about my results. The pap smear was normal however the HPV test came back positive. I was told she would call me to talk to me about it. I don't know what HPV is, the only information I have I have gathered from the internet and friends. I waited until 3/16 to call back because I had not heard from her. I was told to check the online Portal. That is it, no explanation, no nothing and the only way she would talk to me was if I had more questions. I don't know what to expect, what HPV is, how many kinds they are and what I am supposed to do now and they DIDN'T CARE. The day I went to the appointment I felt very uncomfortable too. She was cold and never looked up from her computer screen. I had questions and concerns SHE DID NOT ANSWER. It was a terrible experience and I WILL NEVER have her as my doctor again, nor any doctor in that office.

Horribly rude and disrespectful. Left my appointment in tears. Felt shamed for my number of partners and my weight.

Waited 30-45 minutes to be seen (with appt), doctor was rude and disrespectful. Made zero attempt to make me feel comfortable as a patient. Rushed through everything as if she had a waiting room full of patients to be seen (she didn't). Did not verify any information - sent my prescription to a pharmacy in a town of the same name located in a different state, 4 hours away. Took 3 more tries to get the prescription sent to the pharmacy (they kept claiming they sent it, and I would call the pharmacy and they did not have anything in my name). When prescription did not agree with my body, was told that I would need to keep taking it for another month before they would discuss other options. I may not be a doctor, but I know when my body reacts badly to something. Awful experience overall, as if going to the gyno isn't uncomfortable enough. I am getting another exam ASAP at a different practice (paying out of pocket) as I don't trust the exam I was given by Dr. Mullick
