If I could leave 0 stars I would. I never leave reviews but I am honestly so upset I have to. I was just in this urgent care on passyunk, because my daughter is having knee pain. The nurse kindly asked me what we were here for and I explained that I wasn’t really sure but that my daughter was having pain in both knees. The Dr. who I now know to be Noi Walkenstein interrupts and rudely says that there is nothing that they can do for her there. I was taken aback and said that her pediatrician had told me the night before to go to an urgent care for an X-ray. She went on to say that she was an internist and an X-ray is not what she needs, she needs to see an orthopedist. I work at a bank I have no medical background, they way she was speaking to me was so condescending and unprofessional. The nurse saw that I was visibly upset and said it would be ok, when I said I couldn’t believe how the Dr spoke to me she started yelling from behind the wall! The back of her card has AFC’s mission statement “ …to provide a kind and caring environment…. We received neither

Something is seriously wrong with this doctor. Bizarre personality, like she is on something. Seriously. She should not be practicing. So hyper she made me completely tense.

I haven't been to her new office, but when she was in Aston she was the best! People are saying she rushes and "dresses casual"; I got the best results from what I was diagnosed with and prescribed by her. I miss her. If she wasn't so far away now I'd change offices! The bad rating is for the staff in Aston...

The worst doctor I have ever met. I agree someone should investigate her actions. She is not professional. She was not confidential with my matter. I was also rushed in and out of her office. The practice would be better without her!

After my third visit, I've decided this doctor's conduct is so bizarre it must be described to be believed. She appears to be taking speed it is so jarring. She spends no more than sixty seconds with you, asks no questions besides the obvious, argues with your statements, and elicits no information beyond what is minimal in making some sort of diagnosis, as if your medical problem was imaginary or you suffered from hypochondriasis, which I do not. I do suffer from hypertension, heart arrhythmias, prediabetes, deafness, and nasal septum deviation, all of which should elicit questions from an examining physician on even a routine visit. Someone with heart problems visiting this osteopath could be seriously endangered, since the doctor's effect on her patients is to speed up their experience to the breaking point. Frankly, I think she should be investigated, because no amount of education debt can plausibly elicit such behavior in a rational human being, much less a physician. F

Yes, like most docs these days, she is in a bit of a hurry, and yes, she's a casual dresser (as am I), but I found her to be very professional and very thorough in investigating my particular ailment and then assigning a course of treatment that was most appropriate for me individually. also caught and treated me for an underlying condition that I didn't even realize I had. also, I do not find her to be cold or impersonal (she's actually the first doc I've been to who exhibits a sense of humor), she's just hurried like any other doc, and that seems to be a function of todays insurance industry and the mandates it places on providers. I recomend dr. walkenstien without hesitation.

This Dr. is the worst out there! She never had a control over my hypothyroidism. Misdiagnosed an abnormal pap smear, was late opening her own office for an appointment I had. Please do not go to her. She is too rushed, does not listen to patient concerns and her office staff is terrible. -
