Doctor is harried. Does not give undivided attention. Allows calls and other intrusions during consultations, and is alarmist in tone.

I had very good experiences with this doctor. He knows what he is doing, answered all my questions, and correctly diagnosed my atrial fibrillation so that it could be treated. I guess his personality is not for everybody (reading another rating that was poor), but I think he's very good.
