Dr Neubauer follow a "gut hunch" and scheduled me for a biopsy on an area that didn't appear particularly unusual. It turned out to be angiosaracoma. Kudos to her. Very nasty cancer.

She probably saved my life.

I came in to see if she felt like a laser treatment could help with my stretch marks from pregnancy. She said no. I went to a medical spa and the laser worked wonders for me! The second time I saw her I needed a small spot on my arm to be biopsied. She told me it was small enough I didn't need stitches, but if I really didn't mind coming back in she would put them in. Well, I trusted her and said no to the stitches and now I'm left w a dime sized scar on my left upper arm. She was unhelpful both times and also managed to leave me w a nice scar! Do not use her!

Dr. Neubauer was so helpful! She was beaming and bright and friendly and didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had about my medical concerns. She was reassuring and thoroughly talked me through my conditions so that I understood them fully. I would highly recommend her and the practice she belongs to.

Doctor spent all of 10 min. with me which INCLUDED freezing 5 different spots . She was unprofessional in that she had me stand there in my underwear while she discussed my questions . I had to practically grab her to ask her a couple of questions as she turned toward the door to leave.! She gave no follow up as to how long it would take for the freezed spots to heal or how to care for them. I'm sure she does this every day but I don't have it done every day! Slow down, Doc! I will choose a different dermatologist when I need further services.

I have seen several different dermatologists for a difficult skin issue. Unfortunately Dr. Neubauer was the least helpful for me. As with most area dermatologists, each appointment was 2-3 months out. With each appointment time, I waited 30 minutes to an hour to be seen. I don't mind waiting for an excellent doctor, but she was unable to make a diagnosis after several visits and tests. What I was most disappointed with is her unwillingness to try additional, harmless treatment options to see if something might make a difference (whereas other dermatologists did). So after months and months between visits, I left with no answers and no ability to try anything different. I think with treating more common skin issues, she's probably fine. For anything involved, there are better docs out there.
