Very poor and unprofessional experience with Dr. Damron. Be wary. Poor bedside manner, rude, unprofessional, would not answer a simple question about why I was required to come in for a follow-up visit that could have been a phone call, as I had to wait for over 2 hours with my 5 year old to see him for a follow up that his office said was required, but that he essentially told me was not necessary and nothing further was needed for follow up. Oh, unless of course, I was like many other "moms who insist on an x-ray when it's not necessary" as he so ignorantly stated. The only explanation I can come up with is an unnecessary money grab for a follow up appointment with little to no regard for patient's time or schedule.

Hands down the rudest provider I’ve ever had the horror of dealing with. Arrogant and condescending doesn’t even begin to touch on this guy’s character. I read all of these reviews and I see that most agree. I wouldn’t send a dead person to this guy. He chastised me as if I were a ten year old child. Dude, your patients pay to see you. Who do you think you are? I’ll gladly spend my copay elsewhere. What a blight on an otherwise fine institution. I hope patients read reviews before making appointments. I wish I had.

Dr. Damron is an excellent orthopedic doctor. I had two hip replacements by him. One in 2010 and the other in 2014

If we could give less stars we would. Went to dr damron for a second opinion on a bone tumor. he took one quick glance at it said "its been there for 8 years theres nothing we can do about it dont come back to me again for this" its like OK this is the first time we've gotten an MRI and the knee only started being a bother 2 months ago. very rude, wouldn't listen to anything we said and just rushed through the apt. never again will we go there.

My father was referred to Dr. Damron and it was a horrific experience. The doctor did not so much as glance at my father’s chart before the appointment, but rather asked my father to explain his condition. My father did his best, but apparently his best was not good enough for Dr. Damron. The doctor chastised my father for leaving out details like tests and their results, even though my father had never even received results from these recent tests. Damron was arrogant, condescending, rude, and uncaring. He said, and I quote, “Well, you can either tell me everything or we can spend 30 minutes here while I look over your chart!” Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t that the job of a doctor? To be informed about their patients and said “charts?” I would not refer my worst enemy to this man. He seems to only be happy when he’s flexing his superiority complex. Shame on you, Dr. Damron!

After several weeks of not knowing if my 3 year old had a malignant tumor, we went to see Dr. Damron. He gave us a thorough explanation of the condition my son had which was not malignant and answered all of our questions. Even though the wait time was long, he spent a considerable amount of time with us. I would recommend him to others that have any orthopedic issues.

Provided no new thoughts to improve my quality of life. When he learned I wanted a 2nd opinion, eye contact ended from him, his poor attitude worsened, and he ended our meeting exiting quickly. Absolute waste of my time and gas meeting this smug, arrogant, pompous a$$.

My appointment was at 9:30 Dr. Damron saw me at 10:55. I called the office after hours to speak with the doctor on call, 3 days after being discharged from the hospital with a conern. His partner returned my call 9 1/2 hours later and was not knowledgeable or helpful.

I had a rare tumor at the age of 18 Called a Giant Cell tumor on my wrist bone. I found it unexpectedly and was referred to Dr. Damron he instantly confirmed the tumor and gave me 3 options and spent 45 minutes discussing my options. He suggested the last option, to remove the tumor and my bone and replace my wrist bone with a cadaver. He fit me in within a months time. His team was very helpful, and he was very very knowledgable and checked in on me post surgery everyday. He told me not to expect to have full range of motion maybe 50% back, and post surgery a few months later her i am with no damage and FULL range of motion. This man saved me from loosing my arm, and my range of motion. I see him every 3 months and he orders a scan and x-ray everytime to see if everything is healing properly and sits down and discusses what he sees in the x-rays and if i am having any other issues. I would recommend this man to anyone.
