When seeking help with relationship issues, we saw kevin for a few sessions. We felt that he was not really listening to our particular issues and just following a pre-determined set of instructions/method for solving our problems. We called to cancel one of our appointments with him at least 24 hours in advance per his cancellation policy and got his voice mail so, left a message cancelling our appointment. 2 years later, I find a collection item on my credit reports. I tried to explain what happened to the credit bureaus and the collection agency but, they have been very stubborn up to this point. Moral of the story is, don't use this guy. He can't help you and he will hurt you.

Cannot believe the arrogance of this physician. If he were skilled or knowledgeable or helpful even, then maybe his arrogance could be forgiven or at least overlooked, but as he is none of those things, it begs the question, "Why?" I found him to be profoundly unhelpful, unkind and lacking in skill and measured, critical thinking. There is an undertone of disapproval he carelessly and casually doles out for no apparent reason other than to possibly imply that he's superior to you and needs to make sure that it's understood that you are unworthy to be in his presence...? I honestly don't know. His demeanor made no sense to me. The moment I began telling him why I was there (extremely sore throat and headache going on three days and getting worse..) his body language, head shake, and attitude said "Why are you telling me?" Well....because you're the doctor, that's why. This man is a bully. And the fact that he's a physician makes that trait even more unpardonable and unacceptable. Shame on him, and shame on those who placed him and keep him there.

Has an uneasy edginess that is infectious. By the time the exam (more like hostile interrogation) was over, I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Not a nice man.

It is just so wrong for a man like this to work in a field where he deals with people daily. He is cruel and doesn't show even a hint of genuine care. He made our family members feel worse than we already did after seing him. What an insufferable, pompous man.

Worst. Physician. Ever. I can honestly say that I have never endured incompetence and arrogance at the level we experienced with Dr. Hasenauer. Spectacularly horrendous.

Have had this Dr for years, had few visits and generally good health. Developed a serious condition and found him to be not knowedable, sarcastic, arrogant,and very flippent. Even discouraged blood test. Changed Dr since and was diagnosed immediately.
