Incredible that a dentist would have such great hours being there when patients need them (not the normal 9a-5p or even being open just one day later). I needed a dentist fast with tooth pain and Columbia Dental has additional evening and even weekend hours (they were evn there on Easter Sunday). WoW!!! And with so many dental specialists and different locations I can't see why anyone wouldnt choose Columbia Dental as their dentist if you live within 10-15 mles of their 5 locations. They have it covered and my teeth say thanks!!!

I stopped going to this horrible place when they refused to stop doing x-rays twice a year. I refused to have x-rays more than once a year. I get the bill and what do I see - you got it - x-rays!!! when I refused and they did not even take them but were charging my insurance company for them. Since I would not let up on them and I informed Anthem of this, guess what - they send ME a check for $130 - I guess to shut up - what else? Very strange!!!! I hate this place, their practices and the people - rude, never on time - I waited my second time there for over an hour . Now my husband has finally caught on - and now goes to the best dentist with me (Dr. O'Dwyer in Manchester) - Columbia Dental sent him a bill for $173.00 for his last visit at the BEGINNING of this year!!!! My insurance company informed me that Columbia had failed to send them their W9 Form to process claims - so they want us to pay for their mistake - NO WAY!! I'm filing another complaint.

I went to the office due to severe tooth pain. Dr said 2 word then left for long time. Barely looked at it. Took x-ray showed nothing-proposed some bull crap and sent me downstairs to another dr. she said she's not doing the pulp cap thing because it would be a waste if i needed a root canal or crown. after drilling my filling away she noticed my tooth was cracked from end to end, put a temp filling in it and said it needed to be pulled. sent back up there rickety elevator and told dr as he walked by my tooth was cracked. Sent to pmt chair. Figured out nobody there cared much about the patient just about cash flow. Asked for a copy of everything, dude said ok- wait in waiting room-waited and waited-no room to sit-woozy from 2 1/2 days of pain so went to sit back in room by his desk and cr card mach, he wasn't even working on my copy-. Even after i gave him 250 he saw I was done with them.dr walked by-asked for pain med-said go back to other office. Very bad experience.

I went in for an extraction. Sat in the chair for an hourandhalf they were to worried about me getting full dentures at a cost of 15,000 yes I said 15,000!!! When I couldn't get their financing they said cash him out! Without me getting anything done, knowing that I was in severe pain. They didnt want anything to do with me when they realized I was paying cash. Iam reporting them to the state and I hope no one else goes there and gets ripped off!!!!!

I was looking into getting implants. I went for a consult and they made me feel I had to have this treatment ASAP or I was negelting my health. They also pushed me into financing this procedure. I had the implants placed. I had constant problems which he said would get better. I was constantly in his office and I did NOT get better. After speaking with other people I sought a second opinion. Went to the REAL Oral Surgeon that works down stairs in the same building. I had to have the implants REMOVED, get regrafted, they had placed them into my sinus. Now I have implants placed by a REAL Board Certified doctor. And they are great! I would NEVER reccomend Columbia Dental to anyone.
