She was very strange and unhelpful in responding to my inquires, and I was especially taken back by her personal hygiene which was horrendous. She should not be in the profession in my opinion. I would NEVER recommend her.

I did not care for her either. And, the receptionist asked me if my pregnancy was planned! She often didn't read the chart before entering the room and forgot about my medical history. After I gave birth to my son I had a UTI and she called me weeks after to let me know of the results. Very unsatisfied.

Dr. Boulanger was brief and didn't seem to know about my other current medical issues that were causing gynecologic side effects. Always had to wait a long time to be seen. She did not answer my questions or give me my results in a timely fashion. Always called me and asked for me to return her call and never could get a hold of her. I was very disapointed with being a patient of hers.

My wife and I disagree with the ratings previously mentioned regarding Dr. Boulanger. We found her to be knowledgeable, courteous and kind. We are sad that she left and are not very pleased with her replacement.

tardy...i waited longer in the waiting room than the actual visit. she didn't read the detailed questionare about my health, current condition, and family history...a long form which SHE provided and didn't bother referring to. she barely made eye contact, didn't answer all of my questions, condescending. she rushed me by giving off-putting, brief answers (if any) and walking out the door before i could finish some other concerns. my appointment lasted all of five minutes. i timed it. very frustrating.

If you want contraception, instead of children, she's the wrong choice. Put me on Depo-Provera without warning me of the side effects. I'm now dealing with horrid depression and anxiety, and have menstruated for 3 weeks straight. Had never heard of Essure. Also condescending: calls patients "dear."
