Possible Overbooking issue - Long LONG LONG Waits sometimes over an hour - Rude Staff - Attemp to ask for co pays without checking that the co pay is not required per the plan and the specific service - Rudely refuse service without prepayments for items that they failed to bill when Insurance did not cover the service - Claim appointments were made and bill for that missed appointment - Billing / AR People are rude and seem to be incompetent and or ignorant Facility seemed to be unclean during some visits - Air in the facility smelled unusual during one visit ... issue maybe Air conditioning system lack of service / maintenance - Dr Gordon ,however, seems to be a caring competent Physician who unfortunately has a bad support organization managing his business for him.

He treats assumptions, not patients. He's fine, I suppose, for stitches and runny noses but DO NOT go to him for anything more complicated than that. If you have a chronic or multiple medications, he will not be able to help you. I have a team of specialists and looked to him for only very basic primary care. He was not only disappointing but his recommendations were dangerous. He will pick and choose the parts of your history and chart that match his assumptions about you and disregard the rest. He will blame, judge, and lecture you. I am afraid that he does more harm than good when he encounters a complicated case. On a positive note, he takes his time, keeps good notes and covers a wide variety of topics. Unfortunately, you won't know what pieces of information he will disregard or what narrow little box he will try with all his might to shove you into.

As others have mentioned, Doctors like him are rare nowadays. Not only does he take his time to listen but I specially appreciate how he details all procedures and the fact that puts it in writing for my personal record. I leave there knowing what's next and why.

This is the nicest doctor I have ever visited, he takes his time he answers your questions thoroughly and he talks to you like you're a real person. He has a personal touch that is lacking in medicine and he genuinely cares about his patients. His nurse has the personality of a broomstick but the front office staff are so friendly even when the waiting room is running over with patients they are polite and courteous.

The best primary doctor I have ever had! First time a PCP actually listened to me and followed through with all my concerns. Long wait but, when you see how much time he spends with you, then you understand.
