My advice would be to avoid adding any aggravation to your injury/illness. This physician has ethical and moral deficiencies stemming from the fact that he is highly dependent on insurance companies to make a living. He will be untruthful about your medical situation and go to extraordinary lengths to minimize the seriousness and true extent if your injury. You will not gain medical benefit from his seeing him. He is far too preoccupied with manipulating your patient records to please the indemnifiers even if to your detriment. He is extremely rude. A very uncouth individual. He's trash and is looking for handouts from workers comp and will try to make you feel that you are low class for relying on workers comp no matter how valid and genuine your descriptions of your symptoms are. Save yourself the brain damage and of dealing with this bottom feeder. If possible, try to see someone else within his office if you're forced to go to his practice rice.

Was a terrible doctor. Didn't seem to care or understand my medical issue, GAVE ME CONFLICTING PERSCRIPTIONS, and then took me off and said I shouldn't have been taking both pills together, even though at the previous appt he prescribed the pills and said to take together. Good thing work comp lets you switch docs, cazden just wants you out of insurances way

This doctor is rude, scowls when you ask questions and is generally unhelpful. You would be well-advised to avoid seeing him.

Doesn't listen or care, wants you in and out of his office. Talks like a robot. Made a rude comment about my weight, very unprofessional imo. Wish I didn't have to go to him for worker's comp.

Has no compassion for humans. Just a hands out prescriptions that do a bad job at hiding the actual problem.

I have turned down cheaper insurance to keep this doctor; he is the only one who has been able to help me on more than one occasion with chronic health issues.
