Dr. Welsh is an opthomologist and also a plastic surgeon who specializes in plastic surgery of the eyes. He does upper and lower eyelids and other procedures involving plastic surgery and reconstructive surgery of the eyes. He's a FANTASTIC surgeon and a very personable man. He has a small practise and "Mary" is his very capable assistant. Nothing but good things to say about this man. He's on the cutting edge of technology and yet conservative enough not to try something that isn't proven to work over time.
