HIPPA release of information took 2 days to send. calls keeps getting sent to voicemail. staff is absolutely horrid. rude and condescending.

i found the staff very rude. was diagnosed with eye allergies given a prescription, only to find out from another dr that i was suffering from dry eyes and this med only made my eyes worse.

This is a review of both Dr. Kung and the practice. Dr. Kung saw my husband for an unidentified eye infection. He diagnosed, prescribed eyedrops, we went away. The eye got worse and worse. We went for a second opinion somewhere else. That doctor prescribed a different medication, and expressed surprise that Dr. Kung "got it so wrong." My husband was very upset that his eye was made worse by Dr. Kung. We haven't been back. Why I am writing this review: the office is attempting to collect money from that time, and have started harassing me, leaving me messages, calling multiple times a day. I am not my husband's keeper! I finally had to reveal that my husband and I have separated - maybe the office will stop calling me? The harassment from Dr. Kung's office is making an already-difficult situation worse.

Was seen by Dr Kung and had numerous procedures. As soon as you sign in, they ask for co payment which i have NO problem and paid on each and every visit. HOWEVER and I’m very disturbed by it they’re sending me a bill every month for $111.00 that they decided to conveniently add on to my required copayment. They are not big amounts but like a ten to fifteen additional fee over and above what my copay was. I don’t get how they get away with doing that. I refuse to pay and won’t pay. It’s fraudulent to add on costs after a procedure I’ll look for another dr

I saw Dr Chen and Dr Kung as well as other medical technicians. I HIGHLY recommend these great eye doctors and his staff. Not only did i receive the very best care, but his front end staff is also superb. They are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I am so happy i found Dr Kung and his staff

Dr. Kung and the staff are very rude and do not care about your time. Be prepared to wait two hours at the minimum and be billed for services not covered by your insurance. He is also very good at botching LASIK patients.

This is the worst eye doctor you can go to.Poor clinical and people skills.Dont care about patients.Dont be fooled by the newspaper articles on the walls .
