Will admit that surgery isn't cheap, and I agree that her staff could be better. But I was paying for the surgeon and I couldn't be happier with the result. You only have one face, as they say. Dr Kay has also done my botox and fillers-- and I just got some latisse for eyelashes from her. Happy overall. Recommend

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had!!! The only good thing to come out of this was that Dr K is a great surgeon she helped me and listened to what was wrong and fixed all my problems. The negative was her office staff! Not only did I nearly get fired because they incorrectly filled out my forms for work, I lost time at work waiting for a new medical release form because the initial one was filled out wrong. When I spoke with the Dr about how her assistant was rude to me which is why I waited to speak to her she also was rude to me and said,"Well you call us a lot" and when I tried to explain the calls were not only because of post op fears but also because I was correcting her assistants mistakes she just cut me off like I was in the wrong!!! You should never treat a patient that way!! O and let's not forget the extra charge for forms filled out..she charged me twice when it was sent back to be corrected from her error which she (assistant) made & now won't admit!!
