I'll keep it short and sweet. She's arrogant AND ignorant.....terrible combination for a doctor.

Waited for an appointment for 4 weeks. Went this morning only to be told there was no one there to see me, and could I come back and reschedule. This physician is my primary doctor. Granted, I do not go in often and hadn't needed to see her for the last 3 years, but still expected that since she was my PCP I would be able to see her. It seems ironic that as I stood there dumbfounded about why I was scheduled to see no one that I saw many signs stating that if you are 10 minutes late they would reschedule you, as their time is at a premium. Really ?????? My time must be worthless, as you schedule me incorrectly, and simply tell me oh, don't know what happened. I might be able to get you an appointment in two and a half hours, can you just come back ? No. I only make an appointment if I truly need the physician's time, as I realize health care is at a premium. My time is also very limited, and it takes an immense amount of maneuvering for me to get there. Thank you to the staff, for showing me that my care and time are meaningless to you. I have chosen a new physician, immediately upon leaving the office I scheduled elsewhere.

Patient since 2007. Office seems to have lost my records. DR. could not compare recent blood work to previous results. When I asked what the readings were in 2008, she said she didn't remember and did not bother to investigate. Didn't have record or memory of colonoscopy, endoscopy, sonograms, etc. she prescribed in 2008. Didn't remember or have record of previous diagnosis. Had tests done in July 2009, waited for 5 days before I called. Staff could not find the results. DR. called later that day..read the results with no mention of the symptoms and condition that she prescribed the tests for. Would not even look at skin condition but referred immediately to dermatologist. Much different that when I first saw her in 2007. Totally unacceptable. Looking for new primary.

Kelly McMahon's pt for over 2 years. Had to find a new doctor as she has totally changed her policies re appts, which was the reason I chose her. Please note: she refers to other doctors A LOT. The ones she referred me to were not the cream of the crop....I guess she's not either.

When I first went to Dr. Mcmahon she was fabulous, unfortunately, I agree with what the other comments are about the as her patient list grew, her helpfulness and dedication dwindled. One time I waited an entire 40 minutes before being seen, as I was the only patient in the 4 chair waiting room, I could NOT believe it. She never follows up on test results, I think she finds it easier to give another doctors card to you, then to try and figure it out herself. Never returns phone calls or calls in medication refills.

Initially very satisfied. However, it seems as though she is a "middleman," referring patients to other doctors. The reason I chose her was her policy of same-day appts and no limit to the amount of time spent with patients. As her practice grows, these policies are quickly fading.

My husband and I both were delighted to find such a caring physician. Dr. McMahon is never rushed or condescending, and has a great bedside manner. She has made us both feel very comfortable. As a nurse, I would (and have) recommended Dr. McMahon to anyone looking for a doctor committed to providing top-notch care.

After taking my mother to numerous doctors in Pgh., we were happy to find this excellent woman doctor who takes as much time as needed to answer all questions and is not so arrogant that if she feels someone has better knowledge than her with a problem, she will direct you to them.

Extremely unhelpful, all she was helpful in was referring me to other doctors, so they could try and help me. Never called back with test results, was a true mistake to chose this doctor.
