Absolutely the best. He repaired my knee after an incompetent small-town idiot ruined it. Dr. Franklin is an excellent surgeon, and his staff his professional, polite and efficient. Go to him with confidence, he is great.

Over 11 years Dr Franklin has replaced both knees and repaired both shoulder rotator cuffs. The first knee done 11 years ago is doing great, zero problems. The most recent knee, done Nov '13, is doing terrific. In fact I believe the most recent has gotten to full recovery faster than the first knee. I simply can't speak highly enough about Dr. Franklin, his staff and his facilities on N 45th St in Seattle. David G.
