Dr. Mack is hands down one of the best doctors I have ever been to in my entire life. He TRULY cares about you as a patient. His bedside manner is the best I have ever seen in a doctor. He treats you as someone who has put themselves in his hands, and you can tell he takes that very seriously. Dr. Mack you're the best!!!

At initial visit I was first impressed with his interaction with a previous patient in the waiting room. He had escorted the patient back to the waiting area. He came personally to the waiting area to fetch me. I was escorted to his office rather than a cold examining room. He had allowed 1 hour for the visit and I did not feel rushed or have me questions dismissed at any time. Having seen other neurologists for the same problem, I felt he took me seriously and actually became a partner in my care. Having nothing but good things to say about him.
