so I came to this doctor in extreme pain, she scheduled an esi shot that is to be done every 2 weeks she decided and lied about insurance taking its time. The shots were given 2 months apart. every doctor I asked said it was useless to do it absolutely no benefit except to her pocketbook...SHE is a COMPLETE fraud. She is not here to help but to help her pocketbook get fatter. DON'T USE this poor excuse for a doctor.

Dr. Lee Ann Brown is an excellent doctor who listens to your concerns. She is knowledgeable and very professional in her approach to her patients. Couldn't ask for more, and her staff is great!

I love going to this office. Everyone seems genuinely happy to see me. They are so knowledgeable about everything, and I walk out there feeling. I am in good hands and that they will help me with my pain.

I suffer from extreme Shoulder pain. After asking to get a cortisone shot, I was told she need the approval from my Cardiologists and I have to wait until she gets the approval faxed back to her. 3 days later, after my calls never got answered and I never got a call back after leaving a voice mail, I had no other choice then to drive to her office, asking for the approval I was told they had faxed the request right away and have not received a responds. Also, she was mad at me telling me, I'm disrupting her office because I do not have an appointment on this day. I questioned my Cardiologists and I learned, she never faxed the request in the first place. The staff does not return calls or just doesn’t answer phone. This is the worst treatment I have ever received from any doctor's practice.

Dr. Brown's staff was professional polite and dr. brown was a very nice lady who knew everything she was talking about she helped my chronic back and hip pain tremendously. I would advise anyone to go to her professional all the way.

Been going to Dr. Brown for over two years now. She is very caring and thoughtful. A great caregiver. Having said that her staff and business practice leaves less to be desired. The staff is rude and uncaring. I had an appointment and was called the previous day and informed my insurance was inactive. I immediately called my provider and was told it was active. The insurance rep tried calling Alicia Day who was handling insurance and would never answer or return messages. Needless, to say I am now looking for a new physician.
