Dr Downey is in it for the money only . He killed a family member without remorse

This physician is as cold as a reptile's blood. He writes off patients with metastatic disease as there is no glory in treating a disease that can't be cured. The fact that treatment of metastatic disease is of benefit to the patient in prolongation of life is of no interest to him. He is "all about me." Caveat emptor.
