I've been very happy with Dr. Wooton. He spends time with you and is extremely thorough. Sometimes the wait can be a bit much but that's not his fault.

My regular doctor was not available and I went to this doctor because I was experiencing severe pain in my neck. Dr. Wooten said it was my jaw, and I had TMJ. My insurance company did not pay for the visit nor did they pay for the x-rays (which were normal) I now because of the incompetience of this doctor have almost $400.00 in medical bills. The group he works with Summit Medical the billing people are rude ignorant and I have been advised to file a complaint against this doctor with the state of NJ. I finally saw my doctor today and she reviewed my entire case and was not sure why I clearly had neck pain and this doctor diagnoised me with TMJ. He probably did not want to be bothered. I am filing a complaint with the state about this group and the reckless practices of their doctor and the fact that he is completely incapable of listening to patients.

This doctor spends TIME with you. When I've had test results, he's called me personally to discuss them with me. Quite rare these days. I have several medical issues and I like that he's affiliated with other specialists so I can do one stop shopping and everyone has access to all of my medical records.

This is the worst facility I've experienced. The wait time is horrendous. Staff is not courteous at all. Internal staff in-fighting can be heard at times. Overall, very chaotic environment. Poor management. Staff & doctor do not even have the basic courtesy to apologize for making patients wait for such a long time. Avoid at all cost. The only reason I've been going here is due to convenience as I live in Rutherford. After my most recent exeperience, I've decided to not go here anymore.

Dr. Wooton is such a wonderful and informative doctor. He never rushes your appointment with him and will answer any questions or concerns you have in detail without rushing. I am confident and trust him with my life always. He has saved me many times over.

This Doctor is fabulous. He diagnosed my problem when all the specialists he sent me to told me it was all in my head. My illnesses are rare & in-curable; however Dr. Wooton makes me feel special. Takes his time, returns all calls, & truly cares about his patients. As a plus, his terrific sense of humor doesn't hurt either! Should be rated A to the nth degree! Been his patient many years.

Dr. Wooton puts his patients at ease with his friendly, calm manner. He is a great listener, and gives clear answers to your questions and concerns. He is down-to-earth and very knowledgeable, never rushed or arrogant, as some doctors can be. The old-fashioned term "great bedside manner" applies to him perfectly.

The doctor seems nice but on two occasions rather than return my call or speak with me when I called, he had his secretary relay a message. If I were one of those patients that harrassed their doctor all of the time, I would understand. But I see him once a year for a checkup. The one time I had a problem and needed his advice and/or a referral, he was too busy even to talk to me.

Liked Dr. Wooton but will never go back. Had a 1 pm appointment and sat in waiting room until 2:35, promised that I would be next. I finally had to leave without being seen
