Great staff, but a horrible doctor. Did not attempt to help me one bit.

I saw Doctor Croft after being referred by my primary care doctor. I am the type to ask a lot of questions because I really want to make sure I understand my diagnosis and what my options are -- not just the one the doctor thinks is best. The doctor took the time to make sure that I left with a complete understanding of my situation and did not seem to be inconvenienced by my questions. He also explained all of my treatment options and explained why he recommended the approach he wanted me to take. One of the better experiences I have had with a dr!

I went to Dr. Croft for a second opinion and am very happy I did. The doctor spent a lot of time with me to explain what was going on. He wanted to make sure that I understood my problem and clearly explained the course of action to treat my condition.
