He is a very good doctor and has time to talk to you about your symptoms. Doesn't rush you out. Knows a lot! Checks up on you too! Excellent!

always late, but nice and patient when you see him. he has made some errors with medication he has prescribed for my husband. the receptionist is snippy. appointments can be hard to get because he seems to be away on lots of trips - he does missionary work. refills are a pain to get and often get messed up.

Dr. Reimer is nice when you are in front of him, listens, and never rushes you. However, it feels as if once you leave his office he forgets about you. He is HORRIBLE about getting back to you about renewing Rx's or when prescribed meds don't work. He/his office also responds poorly when the news on certain prescribed medications becomes negative as his patients look to him for guidance. He is ALWAYS 1-2 hours behind when you have an appointment with him slightly less when the appointment is first thing in the morning. When you call the office to make an appointment or with a question, you are placed on hold for 12-20 minutes and yet the girl at the front desk frequently seems unbusy or should be able to more frequently respond to the call instead of saying "Dr. Reimer and Dr. Castillo's office, there are two calls ahead of you." It is very annoying to have been one of those callers and then see her actually do it when you are in the office. 1-3 week Rx renew delays on imp. meds

Compassionate, caring physician who is well skilled and gives the utmost care. He has awesome medical skills, great staff to help him. He will refer to specialists when needed, and listens to your feedback regarding that visit. He really listens to what you have to say and is not judgemental. He does not rush and makes you feel like a special patient every visit.
