Dr. Lenz has the "old - fashioned" thinking process that her patients are people, not a paycheck. She always takes the time to listen and offer her patients the best of service. Whenever necesssary she attempts to refer patients to the appropriate specialist. This is a Doctor who cares about her patients.

This is one of the most poorly-run offices I've ever been to...and, unfortunately, I kept this doctor out of laziness for several years. The average--AVERAGE--wait time is about 4 hours past your appointment time, and when you call to make an appointment, they usually can't see you any earlier than 3 weeks away. They are negligent in calling back regarding test results and calling in prescriptions and are very difficult to get ahold of. The office supposedly opens at 7:00 am, but often the answering machine is left on until almost 8:00am; their noon-2pm (TWO HOUR) lunch usually extends until about 2:30 or so, and they often turn the answering machine back on by around 3:30, even though they don't close until 4:00. They also close at noon on Wednesdays. Dr. Lenz is very nice and is always apologetic about the wait time, but she moves slowly and seems in no hurry to get to the next patient in a timely manner, often stopping to chat with the nurses for several minutes in between.
