I never felt so uncomfortable in a physicians office before. I’m not sure if we caught him in a bad time, but physicians should not let their personal feeling get in the way of their practice. I feel this doctor is not prepared and he just let us wait in the lobby for and hour until he finally told us to come back tomorrow with the paperwork. Then my father asked us some questions and the doctor just went off and started arguing and told us to leave. We never did anything wrong and he doesn’t have the right to mistreat us in this fashion. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone he doesn’t even have the proper staff to run a clinic he was running from the front desk and back to his patients and basically ignoring us the whole time. He should have told us in the beginning he didn’t have time or not scheduled us for an appointment if he was over booked!

I am in total shock right now! Being a new patient, I wanted to call and speak with Dr. Clerico to see if he would be a good fit for a family member. The phone rang about 8 times before anyone picked up. Finally, Dr. Clerico answered the phone and literally said, "Hello, how can I help you?" Not, "Hello, this Dr. Clerico or Clerico Chiropractic." Not know if I had misdialed and had gotten a different establishment, I asked for clarification. He abruptly answered and confirmed I called the right place. Then he rudely said, "You need to get to the point because I am with a patient." Wow, really?!!! I explained that I wanted to ask some questions to see if he would be a good fit but see that I have gotten him at a bad time. He just abruptly said good-bye without even offering to call back.

Needless to say, I will not have family member be treated by Dr. Clerico. So glad I called first which I typically do because you can learn a lot about a doctor or facility by how they conduct themselves on the phone.
