Rushed appointment. Bad bedside manner and judgemental. Didn't listen to what I'm actually saying, which lead to awkward conversation. I told her I'll probably go to a new doctor.

Dr. Song is a fantastic doctor. Knowledgable and straight forward. She has been my primary care physician for many years an has always been approachable and helpful.

Harsh, didnt know my disease. Didnt have an answer to chronic pain.

She misdiagnosed a staph infection in my throat as allergies, never suggested a sputum sample. She is nice but brushes some issues to the side I.e. I mentioned a skin condition and she merely told me she didn't know what it was and moved on.

She lacks a pleasant "bedside" manner. She is brash and seems to worry about watching the clock. She doesn't rest ones mind at ease about concerns. I was a patient for 2+ years and have grown tired of her demeanor. I have switched doctors.
