I have seen Dr. Donaldson since 1997, she is wonderful.

Its hard to get an appointment with Dr. Donaldson, the few times I've seen her I had to wait a week or more for the appointment. She had a wonderful NP on her staff, but she is gone and the new help is cold and rude. Other issues arose when her staff called with test results. They tell you what the issue is and thats it, no follow up appointment, recomendations, nothing.

Phone wait is always 10 minutes or more. Was critized by nurse when asked why I had made appt., then turned right around and said, "now that isn't why your here," said I needed another appt. This was second time I went in for results of blood test after having to be rushed to ER. However I feel Dr. Donaldson is a caring, professial doctor and I would recommend her.

Dr. Donaldson is very easy to talk to. Her Medical crew are always friendly and punctual.
