Must go in every 90 days. She orders labs AFTER she sees you. You then have to get on line to get results. She refuses to have do labs before seeing here to discuss in person. I tried to find out reason, but she simply indicated that it took too much time otherwise. So when you do go see here, you discuss results from three months earlier. Dont get it. I am going elsewhere.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kilpatrick for about 5 years. I have been on a maintenance drug for almost 15 years. In the last two years, Dr. Kilpatrick has decided that I need to be in her office every 90 days before she will authorize my refill. Without my medication I get nauseated and my head feels like it is in a vice and I am basically incapacitated. Dr. Kilpatrick has taken to refusing my prescription refills. There is no explanation why I suddenly have to be seen every 90 days for medication I have been taking for 15 years. When I go in, no one even knows who I am or why I am there. In January I had an annual physical scheduled that the Dr. cancelled and rescheduled then cancelled again...and then refused my prescription refill because I had not been in for my physical! Not only did they refuse my refill, they did not contact me. They have no one in the office available to help and the doctor is out for the week!

I have never experience this level of disregard for the well being of a patient and am switching doctors, filing a complaint with my insurance and am warning anyone I can to stay away from this "Doctor".

I have been a patient of Dr. Kilpatrick's for more than 20 years. She is always respectful, listens to me and doesn't hesitate to give great referrals. Yes, sometimes one has to wait for 20-30 minutes, but the wait is worth it for such a good doctor. I have not had problems with the support staff as some others have mentioned. They are congenial and efficient.

Office staff is aloof and cold. Must see a provider every three months in order to have prescriptions renewed, or for follow ups. This includes basic blood pressure re-check. Will not fax presciptions to pharmacy; must hand carry a paper prescription. Staff does not seem happy, and they are abrupt. Fairly long wait to see a provider, both in waiting room and examination room. Plan to change providers.

I have been a patient for over 20 years and mostly see the LNP now. Wait times are ridiculous, both in the waiting and exam rooms. Staff is abrupt and not helpful. They will not phone/fax prescriptions in unless a big fuss is made. Despite sharing concerns with Dr and office manger and being assured issues would be addressed, things are the same. We are looking for a new dr that does not schedule 6+ patients per hour. Dr K. does listen, but as a result, it pushes her schedule behind-always.

Nice, but not a good doctor. I went to her for years due to an unknown (at the time) medical condition. Although many tests were ordered, she was still unable to figure out what I had. It wasn't until I changed doctors that I was diagnosed with a disease only after a couple of visits with me.

This is the worst doctor on the face of the earth. Her PA is horrible, her staff thinks nothing of making you wait hours for an appointment you made months ago, and I will NEVER return--ever.

The staff is really a pain. They won't fax in prescriptions to pharmacies and they no longer have an xray tech so you have to go somewhere else for xrays. Not convenient at all!! I'm looking for a new doc because of the staff. I've never met the Doc, I'm always shuffled to a nurse.

I have been a patient of Dr. K for 16 yrs. She is a wonderful doctor, but the staff can be quite abrupt and I have never gotten in less than 30 minutes after my scheduled appt. I have had to leave more than once becausethe Dr and/or her support staff was running 60 minutes or more behind schedule.

I feel that the office staff is very brusque and impersonal. The doctors seem to be knowledgeable and helpful but rushed.
