I have been seeing Dr. Blackstone for over 10 years. Her energy and positive approach never fail to renew my enthusiasm for managing my diabetes. (Let's face it - it can feel overwhelming at times.) She helps me stay on track, listens attentively to my questions, and provides great feedback. She's high energy, but has to be to succeed in today's medical practice management environment (higher throughput = higher revenue). Not only is she the only doctor I don't dread seeing, I actually look forward to the visit!

I have been seeing Dr Blackstone for a few years now and I can say that she is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She is treating me for diabetes and a thyroid disorder. Every time I see her she spends the time with me to help me understand my condition. As for treatment she will discuss my options and the pros and cons of each. In the end the decision is mine. She has always been available any time I’ve need to contact her between appointments. As for the office staff, I have been seeing her at the Plymouth Meeting office and the people there have been great. With me next visit I will be going to the Colmar office, we’ll see how that works out.

The doctor is wonderful. She always addresses you problems and tries to keep you on track. I don't know what I would do without her. She takes the time with you and makes you feel ok about being diabetic. Plymouth meeting girls were great, but Lansdale staff is very unfriendly and tries to make the doctor cut your appointments short. I am not happy with the Einstein service and staff

Dr. Sherri saved me ... I was so over medicated by a so called renowned Endo I was sick for over a year. She adjusted my meds over time and continues to monitor my progress without wasting my time and a lot of BS.

She seems nice at first, but only treats you based on numbers/labs and not how you are feeling. She was not able to help me with my diagnosis, admitted that she has no experience with this and needs to refer me elsewhere. Under her care, I got pregnant (I was seeing her for other issues), and I was told by my OBGYN that my thyroid condition will be managed by them. By they did not understand that I needed regular bloodwork in order to adjust my meds. I tried to get back in to see Sherri, and she called me back saying that due to me cancelling my last appointment (on time), she does not want to see me again and I should go elsewhere. Since this is a doctor that takes an oath to do no harm and to care for their patients, she clearly showed that she did not care that I needed her to continue monitoring me while I was pregnant instead of trying to find a new doctor in a rush. In her opinion, I stepped on her toes, and she became petty, and childish. Waste of time, DO NOT recommend!!

Awesome bedside manner and treats you as a partner in determining your own medical care and treatment. Very knowledgable and resourceful. One of the best doctors I've ever used.

Listens while your at appointment and makes promises however if your not feeling well and want to talk with her...staff seems against that happening. I found the practice very difficult and unhelpful.

Dr. Blackstone is cheerful but professional. Despite being busy, she takes the time to listen and truly wants her patients to feel the best that they can. Highly, highly recommend.
