Dr. Noteboom is my mother's doctor. He has been very receptive to my mother's health concerns. My mother has rheumatoid arthritis and is in assisted living. There are no RA specialists in the area and Dr. Noteboom is treating her competently. He is in the process of confering with a specialist in Billings when the Billings Clinic and Livingston Clinic have reached their agreement.
