I was going to Dr Condemi I am now going to a new Rhemutologist this month. Dr. Condemi was rude to me. In order to get his attention you must have to have organ involvement with lupus. I'm no longer happy with him. Glad I'm moving on.

I have been under Dr. Condemi's care for the past 42 years. When several other doctors did not listen to me, Dr. Condemi did. I truly feel Dr. Condemi saved my life and I know there are others that feel the same way about him because I have been told that. I was so very fortunate to have such a fine and knowledgeable physician as Dr. Condemi. YEARS ago, my husband commented to him how much he knew about everything. Dr. Condemi's comment was that with S.L.E. he has to know all the systems. I am still going to him and he is still addressing health issues of all sorts with me. I feel blessed to be under his care. His lack of punctuality under these circumstances are certainly forgiven by me. When I or any of his patients are in need of additional time, he is there for us.

Dear Doctor Clueless from 8:30 a.m. this morning, I was raised to arrive at an appointment, doctor's or otherwise, 15 minutes early out of COURTESY and RESPECT. In turn, I expect to receive your best attempt at returning that same courtesy and respect by seeing me in a timely manner. Waiting in a little room for an HOUR is neither timely, nor courteous. I would be much more understanding if you had a waiting room full of people. You didn't. I would understand if I had an appointment at the end of the day. I didn't. Furthermore, the next time your nurse pops her head in said room to shhhh my child for LAUGHING to loud when I am doing everything in my power to keep her from screaming her brains out, she can expect to be SLAPPED by me! And, finally, when I walk out of your office without being scene, do NOT send your staff running after me to inquire as to WHY! That is probably the stupidest question I will be asked this YEAR!

After being a patient of Dr. Condemi's for a few years and realizing that he was not going to try anything further than the few nsaids that i couldn't tolerate, i had to go out of town to get a proper diagnosis; i am now being treated long distance by that doctor. Maybe if you have an obvious autoimmune disease with classic symptoms, maybe he is knowledgeable and compassionate. But if he decides that you are not that sick (i am) or that its not inflammatory (it is), he is rude and condescending. He has never treated me with an ounce of respect. And he spends as little time with me as he possibly can. We are at a point where i simply ask him to renew my prescriptions for the drugs that are partially effective, but really no match for my flares. But the doctor 300 miles away is helping me now, finally a doctor who cares, and understands how to detect inflammation. Too bad condemi couldn't or wouldn't try to help me. I think he has the ability if he chooses to make the effort.

He's amazing. He saved my life when 5+ other specialists couldn't figure out the problem. And he is a very caring person.

I agree that the punctuality could use a little improving, however, in order to see this doctor...I'd wait twice as long! Very personable and incredibly knowledgeable in his field. As you can tell from the comments, he is very popular and it may take months to get a first appointment...DO NOT let that discourage you! Once you are a patient of his he takes very good care of you. He is a leader in his field. If you look hard, you may find a doctor who is as good...but you will not find one better than Dr. Condemi.

Dr. Condemi (& staff) are always helpful & knowledgeable. The wait times are sometimes long, but that is because the doctor takes time to listen, to investigate, to contemplate, and to devise and explain a plan of action. I have been seeing Dr. Condemi for a number of years for chronic conditions & for more acute and emergent ones. He is smart and up to date and always helpful. He is also personable, genuine, and easy to talk to. I have found the nurse-practitioners in the practice knowledgeable and compassionate as well. When I had to call after hours, the on-call response was practically immediate, very understanding & helpful. An excellent doctor, with excellent staff and a well-run office. Highest ratings.
