Dr.Hedley was very good doctor,she explain and answer all our questions w/my husband,dr.Hedley was very good care w/her clients,I want to know if what is her e-mail?

Recently joined Kaiser and have been very happy with dr Hedley as my obgyn Doctor. She has guided me through my first pregnancy with support and knowledge in Thomas very thoughtful and attentive manner. I'm very glad to have her as my doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Hedley for a few years and I only go back as I really like her. My only complaint is the wait time to see her as there is no idea when you will leave your appointment. Also, there is a long wait to see her so you have to schedule the appt way in advance.

Although Dr Hedley is a wonderful Dr I stopped going to her office for several reasons. The wait time was outrageous, even as the 1st appointment of the day you can wait 30 minutes to see her. But you can overlook that.What I couldn't over look was her rude,unhelpful office staff. The staff is not only unhelpful but just flat out rude & awful to deal with. I haven't been to Dr Hedley's office in over a year when recently I received a call from collections. Her office staff was sending a bill to an old address of mine & instead of calling me(I know they have my phone on file as they would call to confirm appts)when they received the returned bill in the mail they sent me to collections! The ironic part is that having dealt w/ her office staff for a few years it didn't surprise me that they were too lazy to call me to work out the bill.I would have gladly sent them a check immediately.I would never go back to her office just to avoid having to not ever deal with her staff again.

Worst Staff EVER. Her staff is completely incompetent. Three times they have lost my request for a referral. The last time will cost me personally $2,500! The staff is rude, unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes. I can't say enough about how poorly I was treated by her staff. Dr. Hedley is a good doctor that let's her staff treat her patients terribly.

I love Dr. Hedley and thought I had found my OB/GYN. However, her staff have made me see otherwise. They are completely rude and unhelpful. I recently found out that I was pregnant and am now told that I can't see Dr. Hedley, that pregnant ladies have no choice of which doctor they see. Not only that but the receptionist hung up on me after we argued about how many weeks along I was! I couldn't believe it - this is supposed to be an exciting time and it was nothing but stress. I have asked repeatedly for the doctor to call me with no response. I will certainly not be going back. It is too bad because she is a great doctor - but I can't take the staff or the office policies.

Dr. Hedley is the single best gynecologist I've ever been to, and I absolutely love her. That said, I've been unable to get an appointment with her for 5 years, during which time her staff has brought me to tears with every single dealing. The office manager is rude and the office staff is borderline abusive. Sitting in stirrups is not fun and the office staff makes it excruciating. I'm so sorry to have to find another doc, but I can't handle the stress of dealing with this staff.

Dr. Christopher was my doctor and Dr. Hedley performed a procedure ,which Did not do what it proposed to do and either lied post factum or was so completely incompetent as not to diagnose it properly. I was in unnessesary agony for 7 months till I found a doctor who fixed it with a simple procedure which Dr. H ostensibly performed 7 months earlier. Dr. C did not listen to me all this time, was dismissive and almost rude, telling me that 'many women have painful periods' when I never had before the surgery and I knew that something was wrong. Awful!!!

I was super excited to have found Dr Hedley when I moved to NYC 6 years ago. She is very California, meaning she takes her time and is very chill- never rushed... in the last 2 years I have had my appointments canceled and found it very hard to reschedule around HER schedule. It is not Dr Hedley, but her staff that makes the experience MISERABLE now. Once nailing an appointment these ladies make you wait and do not care one bit about you. Stay clear of this office- or Dr Hedley- fire your staff!!
