The staff is horrible. The receptionist are rude. The nurses don't call back. The Dr. Is wonderful. If it wasn't for the terrible staff I would stay with them, but I had a sick baby who just had tubes put in and they couldn't be bothered to call back. I left multiple messages and finally got through and they said a nurse would call me and she didnt. Now it's Easter weekend and my baby has puss pouring out of his ears. I'm transferring to Mass Eye and Ear because of this. I know there staff can return calls. They need to do a mass firing and hire staff who want their job.

I went 2 Spector in 2011/12 for sinuses. Had surgery in 2011. Then after surgery serious headaches & forehead swelling began. I never had headaches before. All dr wanted 2 do was 2 do CT Scan & throw meds at me. When it didn't work Nasal Sprays, which they didn't pre-cert so I fought w/ins to pay. After months I went 2 a different dr. First thing dr. said was I need surgery. Spector's receptionist were awful never was nice 2 me & laughed at me when I went out the door several times. I am still battling my sinuses. I am seeing a super specialist in Mass now.

He is an amazing ENT! His bedside manner is the best i've ever seen, and he genuinely cares about his patients! (don't get to see that very often!) I had been dealing with constant dizziness for quite a long time before getting referred to him, and i'm happy to say that he was able to diagnose the cause immediately, (yet still ran tests to rule out other causes to give me peace of mind) and was very thorough in explaining to me what was wrong, and the different treatment options. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone! If not for his knowledge & expertise, i would still be experiencing the hopelessness/frustration that comes along with having an untreated condition.

After numerous trips to other doctor and no success we went to Dr. Spector. Dr. Spector was fabulous. He diagnosed my son immediately. He was very professional, caring and I would recommend him to everyone. My son really loved him too. My husband is now seeing him and is very happy with him also. If you are looking for a excellent ENT then Dr. Spector is the one to see.
