In these clinics the customer service is very bad. The people who answer the phone are quite inexperienced and unpleasant. No kindness to patients. When you arrive at the office they admit you, a nurse attends to you and then you have to wait 20 minutes or more until the doctor arrives. Very rude .

My children have been going here for several years and I think they are great. They have been seen by most of the drs that work here and while they are all equally great Dr. Kanarek is our personal favorite.

This man has been in Brandon 30 years. Yes I do believe he is GOD! He diagnosed my friends baby with cancer. If it wasn't for Dr. Nadal the baby would have died. He does take his time with you, each of you! So if you have to wait, well it's worth it!

Dr. Nadal was my doctor as a child and I had rememered him as being a good doctor, so I chose him initially with my first child. BAD DECISION! He is very rude and has a major GOD complex. I am an RN and know how healthcare Professionals should treat their patients, and he clearly did not act a a PROFESSIONAL! Do not even bother going to him.

I have brought my children to see Dr Nadal for 2 years now. He has been so helpful with my daughters care. I have seldom met a physician that litterally cares about the patient and not just a number. Here it is all about the child, and that to me is a true blessing.

I've seen several doctors at Nadal Pediatric and have been happy with all of them. They're quick to provide recommendations and are excellent with dealing with a not so happy child.

I do not care for Dr. Nadal. I switched Peds because of him and I saw Dr. Kanarek most of the time. He is rude, and makes you feel very small as he spouts off. We will never go back.

Wait time is unheard of...we went in for a prenatal meeting with the Dr to get to know him one word sums him up EGO! This Dr was out of this world as far as his ego was concerned and after being told that we would have to bring our child in multiple times when he/she was sick in order to get it taken care of I said forget it and found a better dr.
