This guy is an arrogant ass. He did a colonoscopy on me and I never saw him until after the procedure was done. When he entered the room and I was on the table on my side, he didn't even have the courtesy to walk around the table so he was facing me when he first met me. If you want to see how arrogant he is just read his profile on the Southlake Clinic web site. A total jerk.

Dr. Kramer is very kind and extremely intelligent. The quality of care he offers is first rate. He truly cares about his patients and knows exactly what he is doing. His staff is also very friendly and caring. If he were a GP I would choose him for all my medical needs.
