Reviews from 10/30/2011 and 5/10/2011 are spot on. I didn't get a sense there was genuine care for my well-being. Super rushed, prescribed pills and rushed us out. No real advise despite providing a very thorough list of symptoms. Moving on.

Always feel rushed here. I believe PAOF have a 6 minute turn around and boy is it obvious. I feel like another number in the conveyor belt of patients. Also have an issue with the phone system. I have called on several occasions and the line is either busy (I once spent 30 minutes trying to get through during regular business hours) or, the system is switched off (you get a message that the office is now closed despite the fact that it is regular business hours). And last but not least, I had a baby last year and doctor never asked how was I feeling, whats the baby's name, did you have a boy or a girl (in fact he referred to her as, "he or she"). Couldnt believe that my family doctor with whom I have been with for several years couldnt even take the time to ask about our new addition to the family! I'm moving on....

Terrible doctor. His goal seemed to get me in and out of the office as fast as possible. I came in with a very detailed patient and family history trying to get a diagnosis for some problems I have been having. He cut me off about two minutes into my summary and sent me for blood tests. When I came back he quickly went over my blood tests and told me I was perfectly healthy. When I asked him what to do about some chronic conditions I was experiencing (that manifested with observable physical symptoms so I can't be accused of making them up) he basically told me to get some exercise. However if actually ever bothered to LISTEN to what I was telling him, he would have known that it was those exact problems that were preventing me from getting exercise in the first place. Absolutely useless waste of my time and money. I won't be going back.

Awesome doctor. You never feel rushed. He follows up on every lab or test you take and sends you the results. Pays close attention to what you say and genuinely cares about your health! I wish more docs were like him!

I've been with Dr. Walker about 20 years. I've had 2 strokes and without him and my Neurologist I don't think I would be here today. He answers all my questions, advises me on my medications and keeps track of all my labs. He also, very efficiently, monitors my Warfarin blood counts. His staff calls me promptly with results and dosages. I hope he stays in Oviedo forever. Love him.

I have been a patient of Dr Walker's for several years. He also see both of my teenage children. Dr Walker always takes the time to answer my questions completely and thoroughly. He refers me to specialists as necessary, who I have been very pleased with. Office staff are generally very pleasant and helpful.

Dr. Walker is truly the best doctor I've ever had. I will never switch doctors! He always takes time to answer any questions I have, and thoroughly explains everything. His staff is wonderful and friendly as well. I can not say enough good things about them! You can really tell that Walker cares about all his patients a great deal. :)

I have been a patient of Dr. Walker for 15-20 years, I am not sure, but the fact that I am still his patient says a lot. He is always willing to listen and answer all my questions. The only drawback I could possibly see would be that he does not do hospital rounds, but I am not sure how many physicians do that today. He harasses me constantly about getting a colonoscopy which I have not yet done at 62. I would recommend him to any friend ort family.

I have been one of Dr. Walker's patients for over 2 yrs. now & absolutely adore him! He's caring, understanding, calming & has wonderful bedside manner. Never have I once felt uncomfortable asking him any questions. I will not change doctors! I would switch my son to Dr. Walker but he loves Dr. Voirin. They're both wonderful!

I was very happy with the Doctor himself but for what seemed like almost a year their phone system was not working correctly so it took at times over 25 minutes of wait time just to get an appointment, wait times were not optimal, his nurses were really good and again he was good but I want to be able to call and get an appointment, not wait forever on the phone. I left that practice because it was really hard to get in and the last straw was when after seeing Dr. V (who works with him) for an URI, and called on a Friday as he asked me to if I didn't get better, the office staff told me they couldn't see me or wouldn't even let me talk to a nurse so she could ask him what other medication to get, she told me to go to the after hours clinic (they close at 12:00 on Fridays) because the doctor, as well as they, wanted to go home. So, I immediately changed doctors because a simple question to the doctor would have taken care of it if the admin would have been willing to.
