Doctor is all about the money and does not care about your questions or concerns. She makes you wait for a long time even when you have to take off of work and show up on time to your appointment. The doctor is in and out of the exam in the blink of an eye. The doctor and her staff is very uppity and judgemental. I would not recommend. Very uncomfortable and negative experience. I will not be returning to this office

Dr. Chiong is amazing. I feel comfortable and she is extremely knowledgeable. The staff is nice and wonderfully accomadting. Always punctual and takes her time explain things and any questions you may have while giving you a full knowledge on all your options.

Dr. Chiong is one of the nicest doctors I know. She takes time with her patients and addresses concerns. Her office is understaffed but it has not caused a problem that I've noticed. I recently stopped seeing Dr. Chiong after finding out that I had fibroids and she had to consult with another gynecologist about options because she does not do surgery. I figured even though I really like her, I might as well develop a relationship with a doctor who can better address my situation since I no longer only need just a pap smear.

Dr. Chiong is very knowledgeable and seems fairly competent. She is also very frank, which is good, except that she has no tact to go with the frankness, which makes her not very pleasant. And she TWICE stated bluntly that I had conditions which lab work then showed I did not. Her office is understaffed, so they have the phones on voice mail all day Tuesdays, plus 2+ hours on the other days, plus at any random time when the receptionist happens to be busy. And during those times, the recording instructs you “not to leave a message unless it’s an emergency.” How’s that for customer service??? They can’t even be bothered to return your call! There was also a time when I went to the pharmacy at 5:00 PM on a Friday to discover that her staff had not called in a refill after they told me they would. Since I needed it for the next morning, I left an “emergency” message, which she apparently didn’t consider important enough to bother to call back. So I had to skip 3 days of meds.

Dr. Chiong is very thorough, knowledgeable, and cares about her patients. She is compassionate, calls her patients personally to deliver critical information and I would recommend her to anyone. one of the best.
