Even thought my kids are now 10 & 11 I still think of Dr. Erin Koster fondly and often. She was such a rare gem during our high risk pregnancies and I could not have done any of it without her. Truly the best. I often teased my husband that I wanted to stay pregnant so that I could remain her patient. Would not have traded the experience with her for anything.

We were referred to Dr. Koster by our midwife for a level II sonogram because of concerns that our baby might not be growing well. My husband and I were very pleased with the whole experience. When I called to schedule the appointment, her staff (Robin) was very helpful and courteous. We did have to wait a few minutes (the patient before us was running a little late), but they apologised for the delay. Dr Koster was kind and personable, quick and thorough, answered all our questions and was very reassuring and knowledgeable. She explained what she was looking at as she did the sonogram, and what her findings indicated. We also appreciated her huge screen on which to watch the sonogram- a nice extra. Overall, very happy with our experience!

Terrible office staff. I could barely focus on the visit because the staff was so terrible. Today I'm trying to remember important medical details that I oroginally went there for and I'm still finding myself so focused on the staff. They are mean and rude. And the worst part is I now need to call them to ask what position my baby was in and why I'm needing this high risk test that I don't want to do...
Terrible staff makes this process all the more stressful.

Office staff is beyond rude! I changed doctors before even seeing her bc the staff treated me like a child over the phone before I even made it to my appt! Pregnant women do not deserve to be berrated by terrible office staff!

Wow. I just visited Dr. Koster today and she was amazing. She totally took her time with us and I asked all sorts of ridiculous 9th-grade-biology questions and she took her time answering them, was so polite, eased my concerns, and I thought she was really personable (not dry). I like it when Drs are, you know, human. You can tell she loves what she does and she's good at it. The sonogram room is cozy and the screen is HUGE...it's great. It's exactly how you want that "sonogram" experience to be.

We (my husband and I) were sent to Erin to take a second look at two brain cysts. Within one week of being found by my original OBGYN, Erin found that one cyst had resolved itself and the other had shrunk and was almost gone..... After telling us not to worry about the cysts, she takes a measurement of the femur bone and tells us our baby might have Down's syndrome and we need a $2000 blood test to find out for sure. When going over our options, she also mentioned ending the pregnancy if the blood test is positive, and that she could find us a doctor to give a 25week abortion! This is all during our first visit! She didn't get to know us at all, she was very cookie-cutter and quick! Consulting with my OBGYN after seeing Erin, he assured us that we had nothing to be worried about and told us Erin should not have conducted our appointment like she did! We will not be returning, and will find a different doctor should we have a need in the future!

One of the best doctor's my wife and I have ever dealt with. Caring, professional, punctual, and always takes the time to go the extra mile. Highly recommend Dr. Koster, she truly is the best in her field!

I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Koster and her staff. I am expecting twins and have been in to see her monthly. She gives wonderfully detailed descriptions of everything she sees during the sonos and answers questions thoroughly and patiently. She was also able to tell us the sex of our twin girls at 13 weeks. I have never waited at all to see her--she is always on time. I think she's fantastic. Her staff has also been so friendly and professional.

I am so overdo on writing this review:) Dr. Koster was heaven sent to me and my husband. We had suffered a loss and turned to her after finding her on the internet as a specialist after I became pregnant again.She spent a 1/2 hour of her time on the phone with my husband offering support and encouragement before I was even a patient. She was sooo caring, knowledgable, and professional in every way - she referred me to Dr. Julie Farrow as my ob and they partnered on my high risk pregnancy. I have since had 2 baby girls, full term and I consider Dr. Koster an absolute angel!! She treated me as if I was family and so genuinely cared about me that she asked if she could be there for my daughter's delivery since she had followed me so closely - love, love Dr. Koster and I thank God that He led me to her. She was an answer to my prayers!

Dr. Koster is very nice but she rushes through the sonograms. The good thing about her office is that there is never a wait and she was always on time, I think the longest I spent in her office was 20 minutes total. After having my second child and going to another doctor I would not recommend Dr. Koster because I feel like the other doctors have gone through everything in much more detail then she did. Also Whitney in her office was horrible to deal with. She is extremely rude and honestly I will not go back to Dr. Koster to avoid having to deal with Whitney. Whitney made the experience for us awful.
