Quit going to this office 4 years ago. Great person but always behind on appts. Most time sat in office more than 3 hrs. Unacceptable!

Dr Gulati herself is great doctor and listens to you and cares for you. But god forbid if you have to get hold of someone thorugh answering service, its a nightmare. They never have anything for you except to take message and no onereturns your call. They dont even have number for their billing office. They make one or the other excuse or even hang up on you.

Dr. Gulati is one of the most caring human beings I have ever met. My experience with her has been positive and she is extremely knowledgeable. i highly recommend her.

Been seeing this MD since she took over practice of my previous MD. I find her pleasant, caring, very frank and very thorough. I find she takes her time with me regarding my health issues. I always stay on point, and do not try to engage in non-medically pertinent subjects so as not to waste my time (and hers). Some of her staff needs improvement, but my concern is the quality of the medical care, not her staff's personal traits. I now have my wife, my mother and sister seeing her, and they all are quite satisfied. I even recommended a co-worker, who also is satisfied with her service. At times, she runs behind in her appts. I believe that is due to the fact that she does spend a lot of time with some patients, as some patients require more time than others.

this doc is a loony tune,I don't want to even mention the office staff (woman) with the two tone hair and office rock collection only a 1000 characters here i would need 10,000. This doc called me one time out of the blue and started telling about her personal problems and then told me she didn't have time for this and hung up?? but she called me??? also she tried billing me copays for past b-12 shots, 6 of them, months after? My new doc said I didn't need them....the old nurse that works for her is a real person and should find other work away from this loser. This Doc also took cell phone calls during my visits, she spent more time on the phone than with me. She spent too much time with drug reps made me wait 2 hours with an infant so she could have her free rep gifts like Ghirardelli and starbucks. yes I'm mad as all she thinks about is herself and money....................

I used to have a geat patient/doctor relationship with her. the secretary wasn`t very helpful as she didn`t pass on the info given to her to pass on to the doctor correctly, and a few misunderstandings occured. this was early june 2008. i have found a wonderful doctor near my home and i am satisfied. i do think Dr. Gulati has too many appointments per day, but she doen`t make them, so she has to hurry so much that i think important small things get overlooked. all in all, i still like her, but i guess it was time to move on, sometimes a fresh pair of 'eyes' is a good thing too.

I stopped going to Neera Gulati because of her office staff and because of the doctor herself. She is a nice person, but clearly jumps to conclusions without getting the full picture. She is quick to write out scripts to cover herself. Very poor service. Appointment wait time is over 2 hours every time. I do NOT recommend this doctor to anybody!

The office staff of Dr. Gulati is absolutely awful her receptionist/office manager is one of the most disrespectful, rude and just down right nasty people i have ever met. They never have any hours and they dont treat a lot of the primary issues such as uti and pink eye. What good is an office like that. The office manager is just out to make money, they would make you come in for a hang nail if they could to make a quick penny. Awful service, anyone who would let the office manager there stay on obviously doesnt care much about their practice
