Most unprofessional office . Total Disregard for patients They make you wait 1 hour.. Then when you complain they put you in a waiting room forever . They say is always like this !
I asked for the doctor to return my call and never heard back .
this doctor is awful!
It's easy enough to find another doctor.
Someone who is knowledgeable and treats her patients with. The dignity they deserve.
If it was an emergency .. I wouldn't want her for my doctor .

ive been seeing dr Glicksman for the past 18 years. since i am 16 i really feel very comfortable and cared about. she is very patient and gentle and always calls me back when i have a problem and need to speak to her. Although the wait is very long in her office, i think it is a sign she is a very sought after dr and people really like seeing her- therefore she is always running behind sched. Though she doesnt do deliveries anymore, i therefore had to switch to another OB however when i had my first baby i let her know and she came to the hospital to visit me and my newborn, when i wasnt even seeing her at all during my pregnancy! that was very special and so nice of her.
definately recommend her to family and friends!

I have been seeing Dr. Gliksman for many years. I have never waited less than 45 minutes to see her. It is almost impossible to get through to her office by phone. She is, however, a knowledgeable and helpful when I do see her. She's a great doctor, but plan to wait.

If you can get past office staff unprofessional rudeness and wait 45 minutes past your scheduled visit not because of an emergency but overbooking you will find Dr. Gliksman to be knowledgeable. However I am not sure it is worth the aggravation leading up to the actually visit. The feeling I get from the whole experience is that the entire office feels like they are doing the patient a favor by treating you instead of we are here to help you. I am torn I like Dr. Gliksman but dread calling to see her because it is never a pleasant experience.

Was hesitant to go, having read a few bad reviews. I found the staff very helpful and considerate and Dr Glicksman was patient, reassuring and very efficient. I will definitely continue going to her.

Horrible font desk staff. Never call you back. Had a serious issue going on, been going to her for years. Called first thing in the AM, was told but staff she would call me back. Waited over 2 hours in quite some pain. Called the office back and the calling service tells me they went to lunch?!?!?! Really?? So i begin calling after they are all done having their little lunch break, and all I keep getting is busy signal. Busy for over an hour. So now I get a hold of one of the lovely girls at the front desk who tells me oh sorry the Dr. left for the day. Excuse me? I have been waiting all day for a call to see if I could come see her or ask her opinion something serious, and she never calls me back. The girls goes "well she does call backs from home" She finally calls later that evening I tell her whats going on, and my lord is she the rudest most vile women I think I ever spoke too. She gives me such an attitude tells me there is nothing she can do now. And I can call the office tomorrow and make an appointment. I tried to explain to her that is EXACTLY what I did this AM and was brushed off and ignored. I asked her if she could call in something to CVS to help with cramping and help me sleep until i get in to see her, and she once again with her horrid attitude goes "no I will not call you something in, I don't know what is wrong with you." Wow nice Dr. I tried to come in all day and was ignored and was willing to wait until tomorrow, I am pretty sure a low dose of a pain med would't kill me until i got in the next day. HORRIBLE. Stay away....trust me. The entire place is nothing but RUDE. I can't believe she is still opened with all the horrible reviews about her and her staff.

I knew she wasn't the right doctor for me right away. We were talking about me getting my first mammogram and I asked her how long a mammogram took. She answered "I don't know what you're asking me." Wow. Really? That simple question stumped you? Also her staff is disorganized and wait time is very long. Will be going to a different doctor for sure.

I'm sure Dr. Gliksman is a good doctor and seems to know what she's talking about. I'm not going back to her because she is not really the easiest to talk to. Also I had to wait forever to be seen and her staff was super distracted. I didn't get a very good vibe from Gliksman. Something seem off so I will be going elsewhere.

Worse staff, they don't answer the phone, when they do they put you on hold for 30 minutes. When They do answer they are very rude on the phone as of your bothering them.

Like the doctor, hate the staff. Her front desk is completely incompetent, rude, and lazy. They once kept me on hold for 30 minutes just so I could give them the phone number of the pharmacy I wanted my prescription called in to (this was after they forgot to call it in the first time I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes). She is the only gynecologist I've ever been to, and I feel comfortable with her, but I'm pretty much ready to leave.
