They do not follow up on blook work or special exams. They do not have phone etiquette. They lack compassion. They have no system in place for yearly check ups. I tried them for 3 years. The lack of professionalism, common courtesy, billing company (lacks basic medical terminology and coding knowledge to prevent denials due to human error. Overall, this office should not be a family practice. I would not want my kids to come here. There was one PA who has amazing bedside manners and follow up calls but she left. I know why now. Also, check google so you can see the replies the practice itself says to reviewers, its unprofessional. I worked in medical for 9 years and gave them the benefit of a doubt because I come form the medical world. However, this is not it. If you don't like medical and being compassionate and human don't work here and don't practice medicine.

got a wrong diagnoses, he is rushes,busy pushing vitamin drips, unnessary tests, and all he is interested in is money
