Starting seeing Dr. Robinson for Well Woman exams in 2015 I will say from my experience I felt she always did a thorough exam for women of my age group the only big problem is the waiting time. First time I was there she had the office staff order pizza because it was already 6:00pm and we had been waiting all afternoon. All of my apt waits in the waiting area were 4 or more hours. One time I did not leave her office until 8:30 pm I have seen many doctors but I yet to recall one that is 4 - 5 hours late to see her patients I understand that at times the doctor will run into a complicated patient and the staff will inform you of the delay but in this office no one gives you an explanation or apology of this delay you must go ask or you will be in the dark about the delay also many times front office staff has gone home and there is no one to ask. Like I said I stuck to Dr. Robinson because of thoroughness but when you have an appointment scheduled at 1:30 and the doctor has not arrived to the office at 5:00 each and every time then it is time to look for a new doctor just like we must be considered to her she also needs to be considerate to her patients.

It is a long wait, that is true. But when it is finally your turn you have her attention 100 percent. She answers your questions, addresses your concerns and TAKES HER TIME with you, which is why you wait. She does an ultrasound to make sure there is nothing going on that is hiding. She is phenomenal with figuring out the problem and fixing it. If you want a quick Pap smear and be on your merry way. She is not the one for you. She is too thorough for you. If you want a quick numbers doc, go to the doc in the box. If you want quality care, you are going to have to wait, because finding another doctor to listen, care and treat you professionally are few and far between, they are all trying to crank out patients and meet numbers. The staff is very courteous. You treat them nicely they will return the favor.

It was absolutely the MOST horrifying experience EVER. It was my 1st pregnancy and had my appt at 245. I was not taken in until 545pm. Then I was left NAKED in the check up office for 45 minutes with no signs of the dr. I had been spotting and feeling very ill. Youknow how much time this so called dr spent with me????? 7 MINUTES!!!! She was in a hurry and didn't answer any of my questions. I was very scared and tired from waiting almost 5hrs to get this awful treatment. ....sadly my pregnancy ended in a MISCARRIAGE and I will blame her because she did not take the time as a dr to LISTEN to her patient and actually COMFORT me like a tactful NOT HEARTLESS dr should do!!!!! I am scarred from this dr appt and if there was anywhere else I can make complaint OFFICIALLY I definitely would.

Her staff is very nice! She was a great doctor to me throughout my pregnancy, she explained everything to me. Only the day I was delivering she wasn't there until the last hour of my 21 hour delivery ONLY because I needed an emergency c section because my son was stuck in my pelvis. My son was in NICU for 10 days with respiratory distress due to the stress he was under during labor. Was very dissatisfied in the end.

It's funny how people make rude comments on Dr Robinson. Her office is always full of patients and I am a returning patient. The wait is due to returning clients. People who appreciate a dedicated and highly skilled physician. I am now pregnant for the second time. I don't necessarily like the wait though I stay due to the Dr's in detail explanation of every procedure and what I should expect. Great job Ms Estella Robinson. Thank you from Raquel and family

I was very disapointed in the wait time at her office I have hyperemises gravidarum and sialorrhea so it was extremely uncomfortable to wait for 4 hrs only to get short answers from the Dr. The staff was rude and unhelpful as they failed to tell me the Dr was not even in the office while I waited, they also took over 30 minutes getting my history because she asked me everithing 3 times once while I registered again while she wrote in my chart and again while she transfered the info to the computer. This same nurse was very rude to say I would be fine everione gets sick I just need to eat and not throw up... I felt like she might as well say I was making up my condition. I don't plan on continuing my care with her as I'm currently expecting. Oh and she has very irritatingb bed side manners as she can be very rude in her gestures.

My husband and I went to get an ultrasound to see how far along I am and to meet Dr. Robinson to be able to see if we would select a midwife or her,a traditional doctor, but after waiting for 3 hours and meeting two other medical staff members, we finally met Dr. Robinson. She seemed nice but some of her questions were unnecessary, such as when I did not agree to take a test at 20 weeks to see if my unborn baby had Down syndrome! She asked "Are you planning to keep this child?" She also said, "Why not, your insurance pays for it!" The two other staff members also had already said the same thind to me, but since I didn't agree, they called Dr. Robinson, who was at the hospital to ask me why I didn't agree. At the end my husband and I left and decided to research on an alternative option for us, such as a midwife. Where we can pay cash and not be forced to do test on my baby or myself just to have the Dr's obtain money from the insurances. Good luck to all and us. Hope it is helpful. :)
