Why does carrie work there. She is a screamer, and doesn't care whom she demeans you in front of- such as the Waiting room.. I have no respect for anyone working as they all turned their heads when Carrie was on attack. Dr. B. Should have removed her--years ago. Shame on her, shame on him!

I don't know how this man is still practicing. Having him and his office staff treat me was a nightmare. He doesn't know his meds and his "therapy" is non existent. I can't believe how rude his receptionist is.....unbelievable!! Do not go to this Dr. You will regret it!

I can't exactly rate the Dr because I never got to see him. My appointment was for 12:20 and it's now 1:12. The front desk people are idiots. They don't give you the common courtesy of letting you know that they are running behind.

Have been with Dr Borrero a long time and he is the only psych MD who has always known how to treat my illness with both meds and talk therapy. He does run late but mainly because he will talk with you, not just write on the chart and fill out scripts. Office staff, esp. Carrie have been there when crises have hit- got me in to see him or the therapist I see there ASAP! No there is no "warm/fuzzies" but only because that is not what usually is needed with psych issues. You have to work with your illness, and that is what is expected by him- as long as you attempt to, he is right there with you.

Dr B is a most compassionate man. Yes< he does sometimes run late. That is because some patients take more time than others, whether in the hospital or in the office. I have never seen an "intake nurse" or "nurse practioner", And yes the front desk people have changed so most people allow them a learning curve.The day I was fired from my job (first time ever fired), they saw me the same day and followed up with a phone call!

Dr.B. is always late and offers no apology. I feel that he is competent but not warm and fuzzy. The billing department is disorganized since the change in staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Borrero for a number of years. Yes, most of the time he is late but it is because he NEVER rushes you when it is your turn to see him. He takes time to really listen to you and give you good advice. I find him very caring. I have never had a problem with karri. Maybe it's because I have seen her for many years. If she is rude I never noticed it. Return phone calls to me have been prompt and on the same day by Karri or Russel.

I just left this office with my daughter crying. The intake nurse is the meanest, uncompassionate person I have ever met. I wish the doctors knew how their staff treats people who come there for help. If they knew I guarantee they would be fired! Do not go here!

Dr Borrero is ALWAYS late. It is frustrating to me. Sometimes I have waited 1 1/2 hours! I find the staff to have been very nice always esp Russell.

Dr. Borrero is a very nice man a good doctor. He does not run on time due to listening to patients problems. His staffer, Karrie, is the pitts. She is rude and terrible for being in a psych practice.
